We are Blixx. A group of iGaming experts from diverse disciplines, with over 12 nationalities in-house. Driven by passion and the belief that nothing is impossible, we work relentlessly to push the boundaries, stay ahead of the curve, and redefine what excellence looks like in our industry.

Meet our Leaders

Tsvetelina Sarandeva

Chief Financial Officer

Tsvetelina is one of the first external hires who joined team Blixx in May 2023. Her professional journey started in PwC Malta as an auditor where she acquired professional accounting qualifications. Later on she has worked for a few well known names in the iGaming industry such as MrGreen and William Hill International.
Avril Morin

Chief People Officer

Avril joined Blixx in June 2024, formerly led the HR function at Gaming Innovation Group.. At Blixx she is responsible for the overall Talent management, supporting and driving business success by unlocking human potential through overall talent management initiatives, fostering collaboration and inclusion.
Christian Melin

Chief Product Officer

Christian joined Blixx in March 2024 from Casimba in Gibraltar where he worked as Head of Gaming. Prior to that, Christian worked at Entain for several years, where he eventually became Head of Product (US Gaming).
Terese Thagaard

Chief Executive Officer

Terese joined Blixx from Funnz in Q2 2024, where she was the Chief Legal Officer. Prior to this, she has worked for PressEnter Group in Malta and for LeoVegas and Kindred Group for several years. Terese plays an integral part in Blixx’s growth. Her knowledge and expertise enables Blixx to continue to deliver great results whilst at the same time navigate the ever changing regulatory landscape in the worldwide iGaming industry.
